1. Sampling Policy
Pearl Materials: No single sample is available. We have a minimum order of 200g.
Necklaces & Bracelets: No single sample is available. We have a minimum order quantity of 30pcs per style.
925 Sterling Silver & Karat Gold Jewelry: All single samples would be charged at regular selling price with an additional charge of US 60 per style.
2. Minimum Order
Trial order is accepted with a minimum quality.
– Pearl Materials: 200g
– Necklaces & Bracelets: 30 pcs per style
– 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry: 30 pcs per style
– Karat Gold Jewelry: 3 pcs per style
And the total order amount should reach USD 1000.00
3. Lead Time
Pearl Materials: 5-10 days
Necklaces & Bracelets: 2-3 weeks
925 Sterling Silver & Karat Gold Jewelry: 3-5 weeks
4. Payment Terms
– All products should be pre-paid with 30% deposit of the total invoice amount and
balance should be settled before delivery.
– Payments are accepted by T/T (Electric wire) to our bank account or by mailing us a company cheque.
5. Shipment
– All shipment charges are paid by customers. Merchandises are priced in FOB bases.
– Merchandises could be shipped by Fedex or Speedpost or other specific shipper that customer assigned.
6. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance will only be purchased upon request. Customers will be responsible for the charges.
7. Returns
All sub-standard merchandise could be return for replacement within 10 days upon delivery. No refund is provided.
8. Packaging
All products will be standardized to pack in individual plastic bag. All other packaging materials will be available upon request. Extra material and labor cost will be charged to customer.
